1.) Inappropriate Behaviour of Traveler

(a) Traveler differentiated on basis of race/ religon/caste/ creed/ language (b) Traveler used discriminatory words/ abused verbally (c) Traveler was looking suspicious

TRAVIER: Please ensure the presence of receipent at the time of delivery. Dn't share your OTP to the person other than Traveler.

2.) Connection with Traveler Lost?

(a) Connection lost after package assigned to Traveler (b) No Communication after package has been picked up (c) No Communication after Travel Started (d) No Communication with Traveler after Traveler reached the destination

TRAVIER: don't worry . Traveler will be notified and Travier will try to reach Traveler as soon as Possible

3.) Problem with live tracking of package during Travel

(1) Not able to track the package on Travier app during complete journey of Traveler (2) Traveler is not updating the status after reaching the destination (3) Others

Travier: Please connect with Traveler on call for the live status of location

4.) Travelers seems Misleading

(a) Traveler doesn't have confirm plan for going at prescribed time (b) Traveler haven't posted accurate time duration of Travel and package delivery (c) Traveler is going to different loaction from what has been posted on application Travier: Sender will be notified and Travier will try to reach Traveler as and sender soon as Possible

Travier: Please connect with customer care and raise issue for better clarity

5.) Traveler met with untoward situation

(a) Traveler met with accident (b) Traveler was looted (c) Traveler lost his/her Mobilephone during Travel (d) Traveler met with serious illness during travel. Travier: Sender will be notified and Travier will try to reach Traveler as and sender soon as Possible
